The hotel is clean and has very helpful and amicable staff. The location is particularly good and convenient, close to everything. And it's near to Kelowna as well as downtown. Make sure to get deluxe room with a King size bed.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a TV, a cozy bed, and a clean bathroom with deep soaking tub. the staff were friendly and provided prompt service when needed. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries to fuel our day of exploring. there was a fitness center on site with modern and well-maintained equipment. the only downside was the noise level from the street, which could be heard occasionally in the room despite the windows being closed.

We had a fantastic stay at Microtel! the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the bathroom had lovely fixtures, and the bathtub was nice and deep. We appreciated the eco-friendly approach with refillable dispensers instead of wasteful plastic containers. Another highlight was being able to cast our favorite shows on the TV instead of watching local cable. the price was reasonable, and the hotel had a nice pool area. we had a great experience and would recommend Microtel. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 👍.
